What is Pilates Reformer?

Pilates Reformer makes a dramatic impression at first sight, and an even more dramatic change at first use. It is an elegant apparatus that consists of a carriage that moves along tracks within the frame and utilizes body weight and springs to create various levels of resistance. Every reformer is adjustable for each body type and skill level, making it one of the most versatile machines available.
It promotes overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance which leads to improved posture, movement and relief from pain associated with physical imbalances. Instructors are trained to assist with modifications for beginners, persons with physical limitations or advanced students looking to progress further.

Class Descriptions

REFORMER FUNDAMENTALS- If you are brand new to Pilates or Pilates Reformer, try our introductory class. The Instructor will educate you on the basic Pilates concepts and demonstrate simple moves using the reformer. By the end of the class you will feel more confident and prepared to try our Reformer 101 class or Intro Pack (3 Private Sessions). (FREE, 25 minutes)

REFORMER 101- New to Reformer? This beginner class is for you. Instructors lead the class at a steady, more informative pace to get you familiar with the equipment and the workout. This class is designed to focus on basic fundamentals of core strength, form, breath and adaptability.
(All Levels, 55 minutes)

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER- Experience this energizing fusion of classic Pilates Reformer movements, including jumpboard with modern fat burning training techniques. This class will give you a full-body conditioning workout that will sculpt strong and powerful bodies.
(All Levels, 55 minutes)

CLASSICAL REFORMER: REFORMER/TOWER/CHAIR- Try this classical Pilates class to improve core awareness, strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Instructed in the classical Pilates exercise sequencing order, with an emphasis on correct form, fluidity and breath.
(Beginner-Intermediate with Advanced options, 55 minutes)

REFORM & RESTORE- A restorative class focused on stretching and lengthening major muscle groups. This class will use Reformer techniques and Pilates props to release overworked and tired muscles helping to improve recovery and flexibility. (All Levels, 55 minutes)
