At Corpus Christi Athletic Club, we value our members and want to ensure that your fitness journey with us is as rewarding as possible. We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes, you may consider canceling your membership due to various reasons. We’re here to help you make an informed decision and provide you with options to re-ignite your commitment to health and fitness.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible to Cancel your membership, you must be in good standing, meaning you are up to date with your dues.
Eligible Membership Types:
- Contracts
- Month-to-Month (MTM)
- Corporate
Cancel Your Membership
To initiate the cancellation process please complete the form below. Once submitted, a summary of your request will be sent to the email address on file. Our Customer Service team will then review your request and reach out to discuss your options.
Freeze Your Membership
If you find yourself in a situation where you need to pause your fitness commitment, our freeze option is an excellent choice. For just $25 per month, you can temporarily suspend your membership without losing your current rate or benefits. When you’re ready to return, you can simply reactivate your membership without the hassle of reapplying.
