B.A.S.E. Training is a system created with a METCON format designed to deliver unparalleled results to improve body composition and overall fitness. Each class is a combination of aerobic and strength exercises to enhance the body’s metabolism, strength and cardiovascular endurance. There are 7 different classes which were created to benefit and progress with all fitness levels.

We offer full access to the industries premiere fitness equipment with step by step guidance from the most qualified, experienced and knowledgeable trainers in the area. B.A.S.E. Training is guaranteed to deliver outstanding results to meet any goal!

Before starting the program each participants will complete an initial assessment which includes: a medical questionnaire, goal list and workout experience. Our InBody System will be used to assess a full body composition profile and body circumference. Participants will have access to two monthly nutrition seminars to help remain on track both in and out of the gym.

Youth B.A.S.E. (Ages 6-10)

Keep your junior fit. Understanding their body, how it moves, developing motor skills.

Teen Titans (Ages 11- 16)

Introduction to machine equipment (cardio & strength), while also instructing proper lifting techniques and improving overall strength.

Open B.A.S.E.

This is not a class. Members can do their own workout in the base center. Reserve spot via club app, $5 charge, per person, per hour. Rules are stated on app registration.

Strength

A 60-minute class fused with powerlifting concepts and techniques. You will be utilizing weights to get stronger, increase mobility and build a more “toned” physique. We help keep track of your progress each session with more focus on form and technique.

AMRAP

Muscular & cardiovascular endurance

Metcon

A 60-minute moderate to high intensity class designed with structed work and rest periods. Interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be an effective method for burning fat and building lean muscle.

DEKA

From the same team who brought you Spartan Obstacle Course Racing, DEKA is a true modern-day decathlon of functional fitness for participants of every fitness level. DEKA has created an environment in which athletes of all skill levels can continuously train, test, and compete.

HIIT Circuits

Full body conditioning in this challenging yet exciting environment.
