About Katie
I started my fitness journey at a very young age and haven’t stopped since. It all began with dance and gymnastics classes as a child, then transitioned to various sports throughout high school, and in to my first year of college. While in college, I took an aerobics elective class, which made me realize I wanted a career in fitness. I quickly received my first certification to teach group exercise classes where I enjoyed sharing my love for fitness with others. Today, I teach a wide variety of classes like Body Combat, and GRIT Strength which are high intensity, to low intensity classes like Standing Pilates, Barre and Muscle Power Hour.
