My passion for personal training began when I was thirteen years old. I had just earned an assistant instructor certification at the martial arts school I attended, and I started to see countless ways that each person expressed martial arts individually. Over the following years I sought to help students from ages 4 to 70+ learn to express individuality powerfully in a safe and encouraging environment.
