Corpus Christi Tennis Courts

Corpus Christi Athletic Club has 4 indoor tennis courts and 8 outdoor tennis courts. The Tennis Dept. offers a variety of programs and classes throughout the week for all levels and ages, as well as private tennis lessons. Adult/Junior Classes (All Levels)

The Tennis Dept. offers many clinics for Adults & Juniors to teach and improve new skills and technique. Beginners all the way to advanced players can find a clinic to address their need!

Private Tennis Lessons

The Tennis Dept has Tennis Professionals that can provide private or semi-private lessons for Adults and Juniors. Click here to learn more.

Adult Classes – Beginner Tennis

Tennis Class - Indoors
  • Mondays & Tuesdays: 9:30AM-10:30AM

Cardio Tennis

Saturdays: 9:00am – 10:00am

Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, using tennis drills and games to deliver the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

Cost: $20 Members 

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED TENNIS

Tennis Class – Indoors

Intermediate & Advanced players will drill groundstrokes & volleys and play defense/offense doubles match play.

Tennis Adult Group Class – Indoors

9:30am – 10:30am

Cost: $20 Members

Junior Tennis Classes

Little Tennis – Indoors (4 – 6yrs)

Start your little ones early with tennis in Corpus Christi! In this 45-minute class, children learn the fundamentals of tennis in a fun and engaging environment. Drills focus on improving hand-eye coordination, balance, and agility while preparing young players to properly and confidently develop their groundstrokes. Best of all, kids build skills while having a ton of fun.

Monthly Cost (2x/week, 8 sessions): $110 Members
Once Weekly (4 sessions): $80 Members
Drop-In (single class): $30 Members

Mondays: 4:15pm – 5:00pm
Tuesdays: 4:15pm – 5:00pm
Wednesdays: 4:15pm – 5:00pm
Thursdays: 4:15pm – 5:00pm

    Future Stars I & II – Indoors (7-10yrs & 11 – 14yrs)

    This class is ideal for older elementary and middle school students in Corpus Christi who are interested in learning tennis. Students with little or no experience will learn and practice fundamental tennis skills, including groundstrokes, rallying, serving, and scoring.

    Players are evaluated and grouped by age and skill level to support development and help improve on-court performance in a positive, encouraging environment.

    If a student does not own a racket, loaner rackets are available through our Pro Shop during class.

    Monthly Cost (2x/week, 8 sessions): $135 Members
    Once Weekly (4 sessions): $90 Members
    Drop-In: $35 Members

    Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

      Excellence High-Performance Academy – Indoors

      • This advanced class is designed for middle and high school players who have started competing. Athletes will refine technique, strategy, court placement, and footwork while building confidence and preparing for the next level of tournament and school-level play.

        Monthly Cost (2x/week, 8 sessions): $190 Members
        Once Weekly (4 sessions): $110 Members
        Drop-In: $50 Members

        Mondays: 5:00pm – 6:30pm
        Wednesdays: 5:00pm – 6:30pm

      High School Tennis Academy
      • Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:30PM-8:00PM
      • Drop in $35 per session
