Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Referral credit is earned only when the referred member (“referee”) remains active and in good standing and all dues during the applicable qualification period are successfully collected. No partial credits will be issued.

• Refer One (1) Member – One Free Month
  When a member refers one (1) new member, the referred member must remain active for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days, with all dues successfully collected, before the free month is applied.

• Refer Two (2) Members – Three Free Months
  When a member refers two (2) new members, the referred members’ active status will be reviewed prior to each free month being applied during the three-month reward cycle.If a referred member is no longer active or becomes delinquent at any point, any remaining free months will be forfeited.

• Refer Three (3) Members – One (1) Year Free Membership
  When a member refers three (3) new members, the referred members’ active status will be reviewed monthly prior to each free month being applied throughout the one-year reward period.  If any referred member is no longer active or becomes delinquent, any remaining free months will not be applied.

If a referred member cancels, becomes delinquent, or if dues are not successfully collected at any time, referral rewards will be discontinued. Referral credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. CCAC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
