There’s always something happening at CCAC!

At Corpus Christi Athletic Club, we’re more than a gym, we’re a growing community where members of all ages come together to stay active, connect, and have fun. From fitness challenges and wellness workshops to family-friendly celebrations and pickleball tournaments, our event calendar is packed with ways to stay engaged all year long!

This Month’s Events

  • August 18 – Free Assisted Stretching from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Walk up at the Fitness Desk for complimentary assisted stretching to boost mobility and recovery. Free for members.

  • August 22 – Free Parisi Classes. Try our Parisi Speed School training at no cost. Great for athletes of all ages looking to improve speed and strength.

  • August 23 – CCAC 40th Anniversary Open House from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. FREE to everyone. Tour the club, bring a friend, and celebrate 40 years with special activities and classes.

  • August 23 – Les Mills Launch Weekend (Free).
    Studio A: 8:00 AM BodyCombat; 9:00 AM BodyStep; 10:05 AM BodyPump.
    Studio B: 9:00 AM Les Mills Core.
    Studio C: 9:00 AM RPM.

  • August 24 – Les Mills Launch Weekend (Free).
    Studio A: 3:00 PM BodyPump; 4:00 PM Les Mills Core; 5:00 PM BodyCombat.
    Studio C: 12:00 PM RPM.
    Mind Body Studio: 1:30 PM BodyBalance.
