YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM

The Youth Fitness Program was created to teach kids that being active is fun! All activities are designed to be fun, encouraging and developmentally appropriate for each age group. Kids will learn balance, agility and strength while doing activities to keep them constantly engaged. Classes will be led by our certified Youth Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer Fabian Mendez, with assistance from carefully selected staff to ensure that all children are properly instructed and supervised.

All classes begin with a group warm up of stretching and balancing. After the warm up, kids are guided through different activities using various equipment like speed ladders, medicine balls and cones. At the end of class kids play fun games like basketball, baseball, tag and soccer, which allows them to use and practice the new skills they have learned.

Friday
• Ages: 5 - 12 years old
   5:30pm - 6:15pm

Monday & Wednesday
• Ages: 5 - 12 years old
   6:00pm - 6:45pm
