Job Description
•Greet members and guest promptly, enthusiastically, preferably by name, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the club.
•Provides security and control to the front door area of the facility
•Use CSI/NG to check-ins to identify members and their account status
•Collecting locker rental fees and collateral prior to distributing locker keys
•Knowledge and use of proper locker rental procedure
•Ensure that guest and appointments are directed to the appropriate employee/department in a prompt and professional manner
•Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner
•Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and/or concerns
•Knowledge and ability to process point of sale transactions

Job Duties
•Count money and verify with beginning cash drawer sheet
•Check voicemail and return calls
•Answer incoming call to CCAC
•Possess knowledge of how to uses CSI, the cash register and handle credit card for sales and to process member payments
•Possess knowledge of how to correctly process and complete all registration forms
•Process Birthday party deposits and payments
•Process payments on account
•Process massage payments
   -Assist with setting appointments, returning pager calls, and contacting massage therapists when unavailable
•Be prepared to answer questions and refer member to proper department for classes
•Program registration
•Prepare lockers for rental, by resetting combination.
   -Remove items from lockers, place in a (locker numbered) bag in gym closet.
   -Assign permanent lockers
•Filing paperwork
•Log in packages received and notify department
•Make sure supplies are always on hand
•Keep copies of registration forms available at all times
•Both parties will verify cash amount before changing shift
•Reconcile and count money before end of shift
•Be helpful to members
•Smile and have a friendly attitude
•Offering 100% customer service 100% of the time

Pull procedure manual as needed for gift card procedure, locker rental, massage coupons, etc.


-WSI Certification required.
-Must have swim instructor experience.
-Must be at least 18 years old.
-Hold current First Aid and CPR Certifications.
-Good organization and communication skills.
-Highly motivated and able to complete tasks.
General Responsibilities:
There are no mandatory hours for you to work or be present at the club, however, you will be asked to accept new private swim lesson students on a weekly basis as well as maintain current students. You will also be asked to teach aquatics programs such as group swim lessons, master swim, and swim team/clinic. You will be required to attend all departmental and club meetings and maintain consistent attendance with punctuality.


Must have experience in Gymnastics, Tumbling, Cheerleading or Dance. Demonstrate ability to teach the development of skills and proper techniques in area of specialty. Must be able to lift equipment and spot gymnasts. Ability to motivate and effectively communicate with members, parents and students is required. Perspective candidate must exercises mature judgment and sound decision-making.
• Instructs class lessons as assigned in accordance with Corpus Christi Athletic Club and USAG guidelines.
• Assists with preparation of lesson plans and routines for classes.
• Develops positive relationships with gymnasts, and provides motivational support and guidance.
• Encourages member and parent involvement.
• Follows all Corpus Christi Athletic Club emergency and safety procedures. Completes incident and accident reports as necessary. 


Purpose: Personal Trainers will work with members who schedule their smart starts as they join the club. In these sessions, the trainer will conduct safe and effective person training programs.
Required Hours: Personal training hours vary according to the personal trainer’s schedule. Full Time trainers are required to reach 30 hours per week. Part time personal trainers, any hours below 30.
·CPR & First Aid Certified
·One Current Personal Training Certification
·Or Four-Year Degree in a related field
·Must have good communication skills
·Must be able to maintain a good relationship with members
·Must be able to complete tasks needed by supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
·Provide up to date copies of personal training and CPR/First Aid
·Market and sell personal training to individuals doing their smart starts
·Responsible for submitting paperwork: personal training summaries, weekly hours, etc.
·All other duties assigned by Fitness Supervisor


•Parking lot detail.
•Grounds keeping.
•Setting up and tearing down for special events and Martial arts classes.
•Outdoor Tennis water supply up keep on water jugs and cups.
•Outdoor tennis and basketball courts detail.
•General Maintenance helper, assisting Maintenance personnel with various task, painting, plumbing, a/c and     aquatics mechanical equipment, in-house construction, etc.
•General maintenance tasks.
