General Responsibilities:
There are no mandatory hours for you to work or be present at the club, however, you will be asked to accept new private swim lesson students on a weekly basis as well as maintain current students. You will also be asked to teach aquatics programs such as group swim lessons, master swim, and swim team/clinic. You will be required to attend all departmental and club meetings and maintain consistent attendance with punctuality.


Responsible for the upkeep & cleanliness of the Aquatics Area. Must be able to work with people &  have good customer service skills. Dependable, reliable & a hard worker! PM & weekend positions available.
-General pool maintenance and cleaning
-Take and log temperatures and member attendance
-Take and log chemical readings
-Clean items as specified on cleaning list on Daily Chemical Reading sheet
-Enforce pool and facility rules according to Club Handbook and Pool Rules posted in Aquatics
-Answer telephone and relay messages accordingly
-Check communication book, mailbox and other manuals for most current expectations
-Attend all departmental and club meetings
-Maintain consistent attendance with punctuality
-Complete all daily duties as assigned by team leader as listed on daily duties sheet
-Address member issues, complaints and suggestions with professionalism
-Communicate with Team Leader, Maintenance or Manager on Duty any pool maintenance issues


The Corpus Christi Athletic Club is hiring for a Pilates Reformers Instructor to teach evening classes. Instructor must be able to teach safe and effective Pilates Reformer classes with the ability to offer modifications for all fitness levels. There are no mandatory hours; however, it is recommended that you are present 10 to 15 minutes prior to class to address any issues that may affect the experience of the members.
•Must hold a current Pilates Reformer certification.
•Must be able to each evening classes.
•Must have “people skills” to encourage member participation.
•Must be self-motivated to continue to learn exercises and skills required to teach an effective class.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Offer modifications.
•Recognize members with special needs.
•Be comfortable with Balance Body reformers, towers and chairs.
•Be responsible for communication with classes and private clients.
•Instructor will be present 10-15 minutes prior to class.
•Instructor will end class 5 min prior to the following class.
•Teach according to Pilates Reformer guidelines.
•Modify when needed.
•Clean and lock up studio after each class.
•Attend CCAC customer service meetings and instructor meetings.
•Follow class & private sign in procedures and policies.
•Inform Asst. GM of new certifications.


Corpus Christi Athletic Club Gymnastics is currently looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable instructors who want to work with and teach gymnast, from early walkers to adults, in a positive and fun atmosphere! We currently have opportunities to work with kids of various ages and skill levels in our recreational gymnastics, team gymnastics, pre-school, tumbling, and cheerleading programs.

• Prior coaching experience – at least one year.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, positive and coachable.
• Basic knowledge and/or experience.
• Great communication skills with children and adults.
• Ability to work well with any age from early walkers to adults.
• Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and to be able to adjust as needed.
• Assist with preparation of lesson plans and routines for classes.
• Develop positive relationships with gymnasts, and provides motivational support and guidance.
• Must be able to lift equipment and spot gymnasts.

Classes are held Monday – Thursday from 4:30 – 8:30pm. In addition to our regularly held classes, you will also have the opportunity to work as a coach in our summer day camp program. Day camp activities include gymnastics instruction as well as facilitating games, races, obstacle courses and fun activities for the students.

The Corpus Christi Athletic Club is looking for enthusiastic self motivated Personal Trainers. Trainers will work with members who schedule their smart starts as they join the club. In these sessions, the trainer will conduct safe and effective person training programs. We are looking for Trainers to work the closing shift and weekends.
Required Hours: Personal training hours vary according to the personal trainer’s schedule. Full Time trainers are required to reach 30 hours per week. Part time personal trainers, any hours below 30.

·Provides security and control to the front door area of the facility. Maintains and supervises access to Front Desk lost & found items, cash register, Oops Cards box, locker key rentals, and Walkie Talkies.

·Performing cashier related functions such as processing payments on accounts, Member and Guest fees, Program Fees, applying discounts for services, ringing up gift cards, etc.

·Thoroughly knows their way around the club providing directions to studio locations, types of services we offer, and can provide general rates for additional fee-based services.
·Presents options and alternatives to Members & Guests, offers assistance in making choices, and accommodates special requests whenever possible.
·Uses suggestive selling techniques to promote other services of the club and is aware of all activities and promotions going on in the club at all times.
·Knows how to navigate CSI.
·Works closely with all departments, keeping communication up to date.
·Uses proper telephone etiquette.
·Uses proper mail and package handling procedures by logging entries and locking up any unclaimed packages.
·Reads and initials the GroupMe and/or Communication Binder daily.
