The Tennis Professional is certified and trained to conduct safe and effective Junior Programs sessions and deliver quality teaching to a diverse range of clientele.
Duties and Responsibilities:

-Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience
This could be a part time or full time position. Hours could vary each week, depending on Tennis Professional’s schedule. A full time job would consist of 40-45 hours per week.
LAUNDRY/LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT
The Corpus Christi Athletic Club is looking for a Laundry Attendant/Locker Room Attendant who demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to exceeding our Members expectations in a clean and safe environment.

DIRECTOR OF TENNIS
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and supervision of the Tennis Department. Ensure Tennis Pros achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals. Maintain the Tennis Department business plan and budget. Coach Tennis Pros to initiate, develop, and maintain personalized relationships with members.
Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will encourage continued involvement.
-USPTA Elite Professional Certification and/or PTR Professional Certification with 8+ years of experience as a director (not more than 2 places during that period of time)
-Experience in Sales, Marketing, Budgeting, Management and Administration
-Knowledge of TDM tournament management system and USTA officials certification a plus
-Pro shop and inventory management experience a plus

TENNIS DESK OPERATOR
The Tennis Desk Operator manages the tennis area, answering the phone and maintaining all tennis court and guest reservations

The Corpus Christi Athletic Club is looking for Aquatics Instructors to join our team.
-WSI Certification required.
-Must have swim instructor experience.
-Must be at least 18 years old.
-Hold current First Aid and CPR Certifications.

-Highly motivated and able to complete tasks.
There are no mandatory hours for you to work or be present at the club, however, you will be asked to accept new private swim lesson students on a weekly basis as well as maintain current students. You will also be asked to teach aquatics programs such as group swim lessons, master swim, and swim team/clinic. You will be required to attend all departmental and club meetings and maintain consistent attendance with punctuality.
Corpus Christi Athletic Club Gymnastics is currently looking for enthusiastic, and reliable instructors who want to work with and teach gymnast, from early walkers to adults, in a positive and fun atmosphere! We currently have opportunities to work with kids of various ages and skill levels in our recreational gymnastics, team gymnastics, pre-school, tumbling, and cheerleading programs.

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Selling personal training and providing service to members. You are an employee of the Corpus Christi Athletic Club. The members you train are clients of the club. Personal training is a service you provide to members. All new employees will be hired on as a level I trainer for a period of no less than 30 days unless otherwise approved by management. Every employee will be evaluated after 90 days of hire to determine future status. QUALIFICATIONS

•If you are more than 5 minutes late without notice, management reserves the right to assign your client to another trainer for that session (upon request of the client).
•Provide a written or Xerox copy of your personal training schedule as directed. All training’s are to be documented.
•Improve your closing ratio in relation to In-Body’s and 1st and 2nd workouts.
•Be accountable for scheduled time on the book.
•Notify the Fitness Team Leader or Head Trainer in advance if you need to make changes to your assigned schedule, or if you are going to be late.
•Attend all departmental and all club meetings.

-Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification from approved certifying agencies (ACE, ACSM, AFAA, Cooper, ISSA, NASM, NSCA or approved by director). A current Adult CPR and First Aid certifications are also required.
-Preferred - Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field including Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or Fitness Management.

PILATES REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
The Corpus Christi Athletic Club is hiring for a Pilates Reformers Instructor to teach evening classes. Instructor must be able to teach safe and effective Pilates Reformer classes with the ability to offer modifications for all fitness levels. There are no mandatory hours; however, it is recommended that you are present 10 to 15 minutes prior to class to address any issues that may affect the experience of the members.
•Must hold a current Pilates Reformer certification.
•Must be able to each evening classes.
•Must have “people skills” to encourage member participation.
•Must be self-motivated to continue to learn exercises and skills required to teach an effective class.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Recognize members with special needs.
•Be comfortable with Balance Body reformers, towers and chairs.
•Be responsible for communication with classes and private clients.
•Instructor will be present 10-15 minutes prior to class.
•Instructor will end class 5 min prior to the following class.

The Membership Sales Representative will assist in promoting the Club, selling memberships, servicing current members and building strong bonds with our members. The Membership Sales Representative will always strive to retain the members.

·Handles member/guest complaints with sincerity and solves problem(s) to the degree necessary.
·Quickly and promptly coordinates requests for account updates with the membership and billing departments by guiding them to a representative to assist them, or taking their information and following through to get it to someone who can.
·Provides security and control to the front door area of the facility. Maintains and supervises access to Front Desk lost & found items, cash register, Oops Cards box, locker key rentals, and Walkie Talkies.
·Knowledge and ability to process point of sale transactions.
·Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check, and cash handling policies and procedures.
·Performing cashier related functions such as processing payments on accounts, Member and Guest fees, Program Fees, applying discounts for services, ringing up gift cards, etc.

·Thoroughly knows their way around the club providing directions to studio locations, types of services we offer, and can provide general rates for additional fee-based services.

·Uses suggestive selling techniques to promote other services of the club and is aware of all activities and promotions going on in the club at all times.
